- Plague – death – revealed to Moses. All of the 1st born would be killed by God.
- Passover instituted – This month shall be the 1st month of the year for you. On the 10th day they were to get a 1 year old male lamb (sheep or goat.) On the 14th day at twilight they were to kill it. They were to put its blood on the doorposts, roast the rest and eat it. If anything was left, they were to burn it.
- Feast of Unleavened Bread – 1st month 14th to 21st (note this immediately follows Passover) - 7 days, No work, Worship on 1st and 7th
- Plague – death of the first born is carried out – Pharaoh releases the Israelites.
- 600,000 men and children traveled from Ramses to Succoth
- They ate unleavened bread
- They had been in Egypt 430 years – “to the very day” v 41
